The Sacred Heart Knights football team (Salina, KS), was ripped 34-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Minneapolis Lions (Minneapolis, KS)

The Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Southeast of Saline trounced Beloit (Beloit, KS), 52-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ellsworth for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 15. Sacred Heart will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 62-6 league win over Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-0.
