Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA), 21-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Towanda improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Canton (Canton, PA) to confront the Warriors in a Northern Tier - Large test on Saturday, September 16. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 4-0. Canton won 41-6 in their recent league test against Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA)

With the loss, Northwest Area moves to 1-2 on the season. The Rangers host North Penn-Mansfield (Mansfield, PA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 0-3. North Penn-Mansfield lost 52-13 in their recent league test against Troy (Troy, PA)
