Oklahoma High School Softball - Ripley bounces Blanchard
September 8, 2023: Blanchard, OK 73010 Ripley Warriors (Ripley, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 20-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lindsay for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. Ripley will battle a Leopards squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Central (Marlow, OK). The Leopards record now stands at 20-5.
With the loss, Blanchard falls to 16-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Hydro-Eakly (Hydro, OK) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 14-9. Hydro-Eakly won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Lexington (Lexington, OK)
