September 8, 2023: Healdton, OK 73438 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Healdton Bulldogs (Healdton, OK) and the visiting Marlow Outlaws (Marlow, OK), saw Healdton's softball squad nip Marlow by a count of 1-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 15-10 record. They take the field next when they host Turner for a non-league match on Monday, September 11. Healdton will face a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Tupelo (Tupelo, OK). The Falcons record now stands at 24-2.
With the loss, Marlow falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Outlaws travel to Chickasha (Chickasha, OK) to face the Fighting Chicks in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 12. The Fighting Chicks enter the match with a record of 0-15.
