Oklahoma High School Softball - Jenks gets by Perry
September 8, 2023: Jenks, OK 74037 The Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) softball nipped the visiting Perry Maroons (Perry, OK), 4-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Trojans (7-7) will now prepare for their bout against Bixby (Bixby, OK). The Spartans go into the 6A District 4 bout with a 10-8 record. In their last bout, Bixby held off Jenks (Jenks, OK), 8-3, in a non-league match.
With the loss, Perry falls to 23-5 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to El Reno (El Reno, OK) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9. The Indians enter the match with a record of 11-13. El Reno lost 4-1 in their recent non-league match against Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK)
