Oklahoma High School Softball - Stonewall bounces Strother
September 8, 2023: Stonewall, OK 74871 Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Strother Yellowjackets (Seminole, OK), 11-1 in a league challenge.
The Longhorns now own a 7-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roff for a Class A challenge on Monday, September 11. Stonewall will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Asher (Asher, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 8-16.
With the loss, Strother falls to 10-14 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Bowlegs (Bowlegs, OK) to battle the Bison in a Class A challenge on Monday, September 11. The Bison enter the challenge with a record of 2-12. Bowlegs lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Wewoka (Wewoka, OK)
