The Gauchos now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hughson for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. El Capitan will confront a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hilmar (Hilmar, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 7-3.
The Wolves (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Los Banos (Los Banos, CA). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-11 record. In their last outing, Los Banos beat Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
