September 8, 2023: Newtown Square, PA 19073 The Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Hubert Catholic for Girls to 0 in the Fightin' Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Fightin' Tigers now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a Central game on Monday, September 11. Marple Newtown will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Penncrest (Media, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-3.
The (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Carroll (Radnor, PA). The Patriots enter the Philadelphia Catholic game with a 0-3 record.
