September 8, 2025: Wildwood, MO 63011 The Clayton Greyhounds (St. Louis, MO) soccer nipped the host Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO), 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Greyhounds now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Oakville for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11. Clayton will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Ladue Horton Watkins (St. Louis, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Lafayette moves to 1-4 on the year. The Lancers travel to MICDS (St. Louis, MO) to encounter the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. MICDS won 6-0 in their recent league battle against Lutheran North (St. Louis, MO)
