Ohio High School Soccer - Grove City Christian knocks off West Jefferson
September 8, 2025: Grove City, OH 43123 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Grove City Christian Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 win over the West Jefferson Roughriders.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH). The Bishops enter the Mid-State - Cardinal outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Bishop Rosecrans was overwhelmed by West Muskingum (Zanesville, OH), 6-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Roughriders play the Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH) in a Ohio Heritage South outing, on Thursday, September 11. West Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Tree of Life Christian (Columbus, OH).
