Missouri High School Softball - Boonville nipped by Fayette
September 8, 2025: Fayette, MO 65248 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Fayette Falcons (Fayette, MO) and the visiting Boonville Pirates (Boonville, MO), observed Fayette's softball team get by Boonville by a tally of 12-11.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against New Bloomfield (New Bloomfield, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, New Bloomfield was nipped by Father Tolton (Columbia, MO), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
Next up, the Pirates face the Osage Indians (Kaiser, MO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Boonville will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 6-4 non-league win over West Plains (West Plains, MO).
