September 8, 2025: Elmira, OR 97437 Elmira Falcons (Elmira, OR) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Elmira improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Falcons travel to Oakridge (Oakridge, OR) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Oakridge lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against La Pine (La Pine, OR)
The Wildcats now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Creswell for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Glide will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
