Fort Madison Bloodhounds (Fort Madison, IA) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host New London Tigers (New London, IA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bloodhounds (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Burlington (Burlington, IA). The Grayhounds go into the Southeast test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Burlington went down by Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Van Buren County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. New London will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Danville (Danville, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
