Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Indian Creek Timberwolves (Shabbona, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Sentinels (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Green Wave come into the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Edward beat Larkin (Elgin, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Timberwolves meet the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals (Hinckley, IL) in a Little Ten test, on Tuesday, September 9. Indian Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Royals go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL).
