The Rocky River Ravens volleyball squad (Mint Hill, NC), dropped 3-0 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC)

With the win, North Mecklenburg improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Vikings host Independence (Charlotte, NC) to encounter the Patriots in a Meck Power Six 7A/8A battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 6-1. Independence won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC)
