Washington High School Volleyball - Steilacoom overwhelmed by Tumwater
September 8, 2025: Tumwater, WA 98501 Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Steilacoom Sentinels (Steilacoom, WA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Thunderbirds (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against R.A. Long (Longview, WA). The Lumberjacks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, R.A. Long beat Black Hills (Tumwater, WA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sentinels play the Kingston Buccaneers (Kingston, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Steilacoom will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA).
