The Wheat Ridge Farmers football team (Wheat Ridge, CO), was knocked off 31-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO)

The Trojans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Adams City (Commerce City, CO). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Adams City was knocked off by Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO), 35-16, in a non-league challenge.

The Farmers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Denver South for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 17. Wheat Ridge will meet a Ravens team coming off a 48-35 non-league win over Broomfield (Broomfield, CO). The Ravens record now stands at 2-1.
