The Bloomington Bruins (Bloomington, CA) volleyball nudged the visiting San Gorgonio Spartans (San Bernardino, CA), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Bloomington upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Bruins host Eisenhower (Rialto, CA) to face the Eagles in a San Andreas outing on Tuesday, September 14.
