Texas High School Football - Center succumbs to North DeSoto

September 9, 2022: Center, TX 75935

The North DeSoto Griffins thwarted the host Center Roughriders football team by a count of 71-42 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, North DeSoto upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Griffins host Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA) to confront the Flyers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 16. The Flyers go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Loyola College Prep lost 42-40 in their recent non-league outing against Logansport (Logansport, LA)

With the loss, Center moves to 2-1 on the season. The Roughriders host Canton (Canton, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 4A-2 Region II District 8 outing on Friday, September 23. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 1-2.
