The Mavericks now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Mt. Pleasant for a non-league battle on Friday, September 16. Emerson will play a Tigers squad coming off a 14-12 non-league loss to Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
