Harper Creek Beavers (Battle Creek, MI) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the host Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI), 28-0 in a league test.

With the win, Harper Creek improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Beavers travel to Marshall (Marshall, MI) to confront the Redhawks in a Interstate Eight test on Saturday, September 17. The Redhawks go into the test with a record of 2-1. Marshall won 35-14 in their recent league test against Coldwater (Coldwater, MI)

With the loss, Northwest moves to 2-1 on the season. The Mounties host Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI) to confront the Panthers in a Interstate Eight test on Saturday, September 17. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-3. Pennfield lost 64-0 in their recent league test against Western (Parma, MI)
