The Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA) football defeated the visiting Pioneer Titans (Whittier, CA), 21-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Fighting Irish face the Katella Knights (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 23. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.

The Titans (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Gabrielino was toppled by Hoover (Glendale, CA), 28-10, in a non-league bout.
