September 9, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28208

The North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) football nudged the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), 28-24 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a 3A/4A West Conference 60 bout, on Friday, September 16. North Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 45-6 non-league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC).

The Cardinal (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs enter the 4A West Conference 49 bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Myers Park was nudged by Butler (Matthews, NC), 34-9, in a non-league bout.
