The Solanco Golden Mules held off the host Penn Manor Comets football team by a count of 29-26 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Solanco upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Golden Mules travel to Ephrata (Ephrata, PA) to encounter the Mountaineers in a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 outing on Friday, September 16. The Mountaineers go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Ephrata won 42-20 in their recent non-league outing against Lebanon (Lebanon, PA)

With the loss, Penn Manor moves to 1-2 on the season. The Comets host Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA) to encounter the Falcons in a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 outing on Friday, September 16.
