September 9, 2022: Cleveland, TN 37312 The Green Hill Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Walker Valley Mustangs to 0 in the Hawks non-league victory on Friday.
The Hawks now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stone Memorial for a non-league game on Friday, September 9. Green Hill will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 13-10.
The Mustangs (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Stone Memorial (Crossville, TN). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 13-10 record. In their last game, Stone Memorial was dropped by Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN), 3-0, in a league game.

It was reported to me that Green Hill won this game 2 sets to 0, but I do not have the opponent team’s score totals, so I am entering 10 points as the opponents scores blank because I do not know how many points were scored by the opposing team. This is by no means intended as an insult to the opposing team, just that any number entered is only speculation on my part. I was not in attendance at the game, but perhaps someone in attendance can supply the opponent team’s score, or if it is available or becomes available, I will be pleased to amend the score.
