The Lynn Classical Rams (Lynn, MA) football edged the visiting Central Knights (Providence, RI), 28-26 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rams face the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 15. Lynn Classical will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Tanners enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 35-0 non-league win over Revere (Revere, MA).

The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Thunderbolts enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Cranston East was nudged by Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI), 20-6, in a non-league bout.
