Ohio High School Football - Northwest held off by Carroll
September 9, 2023: Dayton, OH 45432 Carroll Patriots (Dayton, OH) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Northwest Knights (Cincinnati, OH), 14-8 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Carroll improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Talawanda (Oxford, OH) to battle the Brave in a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. The Brave come into the test with a record of 0-2. Talawanda lost 42-0 in their recent non-league test against Eaton (Eaton, OH)
With the loss, Northwest drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Western Hills (Cincinnati, OH) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-2. Western Hills lost 23-0 in their recent non-league test against Harrison (Harrison, OH)
