With the win, Wai'anae improves its record to 2-2 on the season.
With the loss, Kailua moves to 1-2 on the season. The Surfriders host Kapolei (Kapolei, HI) to confront the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 2-0. Kapolei won 35-8 in their recent non-league test against Castle (Kaneohe, HI)
