The Pirates now have a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yamhill-Carlton for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Dayton will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Rainier (Rainier, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.
The Boomers (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Warrenton (Warrenton, OR). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Warrenton gained a win over Yamhill-Carlton (Yamhill, OR), 3-2, in a league game.
