In Saturday's non-league contest, the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Sabercats battle the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Saguaro will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).

With the loss, Desert Vista moves to 5-3 on the year. The Thunder host Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ) to battle the Rams in a non-league contest on Monday, September 11. The Rams go into the contest with a record of 3-1. Maricopa lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Chandler (Chandler, AZ)
