September 9, 2023: Danville, IL 61832 MacArthur Generals (Decatur, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Schlarman Hilltoppers (Danville, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Generals clash with the DeLand-Weldon Eagles (DeLand, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 9. MacArthur will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL).
With the loss, Schlarman drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9.
