West Virginia High School Volleyball - Parkersburg South tips Magnolia
September 9, 2023: Parkersburg, WV 26101 Parkersburg South Patriots (Parkersburg, WV) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Patriots clash with the Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 12. Parkersburg South will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Highlanders come into the match with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Cabell Midland (Ona, WV).
With the loss, Magnolia drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue eagles travel to Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9. The Buccaneers come into the match with a record of 2-6. Buckhannon-Upshur lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Liberty (Clarksburg, WV)
