September 9, 2023: Manchester, IA 52057 The West Delaware Hawks topped the visiting Nashua-Plainfield Huskies volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hawks now have a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aplington-Parkersburg for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. West Delaware will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 8-1.
The Huskies (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Osage (Osage, IA). The Green Devils enter the Top of Iowa - East test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Osage gained a win over Waverly-Shell Rock (Waverly, IA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
