Arizona High School Volleyball - Pinnacle tips Saguaro

September 9, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85050

Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Pioneers clash with the O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A - Desert Valley match, on Wednesday, September 13. Pinnacle will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 13-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ).

With the loss, Saguaro drops to 9-3 on the campaign. The Sabercats travel to Westwood (Mesa, AZ) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, September 9. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 5-1. Westwood lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ)
