September 9, 2025: New Lebanon, OH 45345 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH) and the host Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), saw Newton Local's soccer squad triumph over Dixie by a count of 6-0.
The Indians (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Panthers come into the Western Ohio Athletic match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Twin Valley South was overwhelmed by Tri-County North (Lewisburg, OH), 3-1, in a league match.
The Greyhounds now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-County North for a Western Ohio Athletic match on Wednesday, September 10. Dixie will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
