September 9, 2025: Wayne, NJ 07470 The West Essex Knights soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Passaic County Tech Bulldogs to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Knights now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to West Orange for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. West Essex will play a Mountaineers squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Passaic County Tech moves to 1-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Passaic (Passaic, NJ) to face the Indians in a North Jersey Tri-County B contest on Thursday, September 11. The Indians enter the contest with a record of 1-0.
