September 9, 2025: Hobbs, NM 88240 Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hobbs moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM) to clash with the Demons in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Demons come into the test with a record of 2-3. Santa Fe lost 4-1 in their recent non-league outing against St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Lobos confront the Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 11. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
