Minnesota High School Soccer - Delano nudged by Southwest Christian
September 9, 2025: Chaska, MN 55318 The Southwest Christian Stars held off the visiting Delano Tigers soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Stars now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Watertown-Mayer for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. Southwest Christian will play a Royals squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Royals record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Delano moves to 2-2 on the year. The Tigers host Jordan (Jordan, MN) to play the Hubmen / Jaguars in a Class A Section 2 bout on Thursday, September 11. The Hubmen / Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Jordan lost 4-1 in their recent league bout against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN)
