North Carolina High School Soccer - South Lenoir Lejeune
September 9, 2025: Deep Run, NC 28525 Lejeune Devilpups (Camp Lejeune, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lejeune moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Devilpups travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-5. Hobbton 2-2 in their recent league test against East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC)
The Blue Devils now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host West Craven for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. South Lenoir will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
