Superior Spartans (Superior, WI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting River Falls Wildcats (River Falls, WI), 5-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Superior advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Hermantown (Hermantown, MN) to play the Hawks in a Class A Section 7 outing on Saturday, September 13. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Hermantown won 4-1 in their recent league outing against Proctor (Proctor, MN)
