September 9, 2025: Nevada City, CA 95959 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves (Rocklin, CA) and the host Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), saw Western Sierra Collegiate Academy's soccer squad triumph over Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning by a count of 7-2.
The Wolves (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Patriots come into the Sacramento Metro Athletic match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills nipped Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA), 6-3, in a league match.
The Fire Wolves now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Lake Christian for a Central Valley CA match on Thursday, September 11. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will meet a Falcons team coming off a 6-3 league win over Victory Christian (Carmichael, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-2.
