In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Alto Yellowjackets volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Big Sandy Wildcats.

With the win, Alto advances its record to 7-10 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Timpson (Timpson, TX) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Bears go into the test with a record of 12-8. Timpson lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Grace Community (Tyler, TX)

The Wildcats now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Oak for a non-league outing on Friday, September 12.
