September 9, 2025: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mott Corsairs (Waterford, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Avondale advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to face the Cranes in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Cranes go into the test with a record of 4-6. Cranbrook Kingswood won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI)
With the loss, Mott drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Corsairs travel to Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI) to play the Knights in a Lakes Valley outing on Thursday, September 11. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 8-6. Walled Lake Northern won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI)
