With the win, Marshall advances its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Omaha (Omaha, AR) to confront the Eagles in a 2A 2 game on Thursday, September 11. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 3-3. Omaha won 3-2 in their recent non-league game against Yellville-Summit (Yellville, AR)
The Timberwolves (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Alpena (Alpena, AR). The Leopards enter the 2A 2 game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Alpena was topped by Cotter (Cotter, AR), 3-0, in a league outing.
