The Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles volleyball squad (Peyton, CO), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Deer Trail Eagles (Deer Trail, CO)

With the win, Deer Trail improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bethune (Bethune, CO) to encounter the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Bethune lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Burlington (Burlington, CO)

Next, the War Eagles meet the Fountain Valley Danes (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 2A Black Forest challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Liberty Tree Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Danes enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hanover (Colorado Springs, CO).
