In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Montello Hilltoppers volleyball team scored a 3-0 win over the Markesan Hornets.

With the win, Montello improves its record to 13-4 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Wautoma (Wautoma, WI) to face the Hornets in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 7-7. Wautoma won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Mishicot (Mishicot, WI)

Next, the Hornets meet the Tri-County Penguins (Plainfield, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Markesan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Penguins come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bowler (Bowler, WI).
