Idaho High School Volleyball - Vale bounced by Melba
September 9, 2025: Melba, ID 83641 Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Vale Vikings (Vale, OR), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Melba improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Sisters (Sisters, OR) to encounter the Outlaws in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Outlaws enter the challenge with a record of 5-2. Sisters won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR)
Next, the Vikings meet the La Grande Tigers (La Grande, OR) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 11. Vale will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to The Dalles (The Dalles, OR).
