Illinois High School Baseball - Marshall loses to Charleston
The Charleston Trojans baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Marshall Lions to 2 in the Trojans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Urbana (Urbana, IL). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Urbana was overwhelmed by Westville (Westville, IL), 11-9, in a non-league match.
The Lions (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Red Hill (Bridgeport, IL). The Salukis go into the Little Illini match with a 2-3 record.
