The Barrington Broncos/Fillies (Barrington, IL) softball routed the host Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL), 27-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Broncos/Fillies (21-4) will now prepare for their bout against Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Pirates go into the Mid-Suburban West bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Palatine toppled Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL), 9-8, in a league bout.
