Next, the Cougars meet the Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) in a Mid-Suburban West challenge, on Friday, May 9. Conant will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 20-3 record after their 10-0 league win over Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).

The Wildcats (5-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Bison go into the Mid-Suburban East challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Buffalo Grove held off Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 13-0, in a non-league challenge.
